I have withholden the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest (וְגַם אָנֹכִי מָנַעְתִּי מִכֶּם אֶת־הַגֶּשֶׁם בְּעוֹד שְׁלֹשָׁה חֳדָשִׁים לַקָּצִיר)—God controls weather patterns to discipline covenant violators.
