Elihu concludes: "Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart." The verb yare (יָרֵא, "fear") means reverential awe. The phrase "wise of heart" (chakhemei-lev, חַכְמֵי־לֵב) describes those who consider themselves intelligent or discerning.
