It is time for thee, LORD, to work (עֵת לַעֲשׂוֹת לַיהוָה, et la'asot l'YHWH)—A bold declaration that divine intervention is overdue. The construction can mean 'time for YHWH to act' or 'time to act for YHWH's sake.'
