Arise, get you up unto the wealthy nation, that dwelleth without care (קוּמוּ עֲלוּ אֶל־גּוֹי שְׁלֵיו יוֹשֵׁב לָבֶטַח, qumu alu el-goy sh'lev yoshev lavetach)—God commands Babylon to attack a shalev (at ease, tranquil) people living lavetach (securely).
