The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge (וּלְבַב נִמְהָרִים יָבִין לָדַעַת, ulevav nimharim yavin lada'at)—the לֵב (lev, heart) of the נִמְהָרִים (nimharim, rash, hasty) will בִּין (bin, understand, discern) דַּעַת (da'at, knowledge).
