The LORD thy God, he will go over before thee (יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ הוּא עֹבֵר לְפָנֶיךָ YHWH Eloheikha hu over lefaneikha)—the emphatic hu ("he himself") stresses God's personal presence and leadership.
