At that time, I will search Jerusalem with candles (achapes et-Yerushalayim ba-nerot, אֲחַפֵּשׂ אֶת־יְרוּשָׁלִַם בַּנֵּרוֹת)—The verb chaphas (חָפַשׂ) means to search thoroughly, examine carefully, investigate meticulously.
