Then shalt thou say, O LORD, thou hast spoken against this place, to cut it off (וְאָמַרְתָּ יְהוָה אַתָּה דִבַּרְתָּ אֶל־הַמָּקוֹם הַזֶּה לְהַכְרִיתוֹ, v'amarta YHWH attah dibbarta el-hamaqom hazzeh l'hakrito)—Seraiah must affirm God's sovereign decree.
