Behold, I will bring it health and cure (הִנְנִי מַעֲלֶה־לָּהּ אֲרֻכָה וּמַרְפֵּא, hineni ma'aleh-lah arukah umarpe)—After describing devastating judgment, God pivots dramatically with 'Behold!'
