There shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters (וְהָיָה עַל־כָּל־הַר גָּבֹהַּ וְעַל־כָּל־גִּבְעָה נִשָּׂאָה פְּלָגִים יִבְלֵי־מָיִם)—Mountains and hills, normally dry, will have pelagim (streams, channels) and yivley-mayim (watercourses).
