They also that erred in spirit shall come to understanding (וְיָדְעוּ תֹעֵי־רוּחַ בִּינָה, veyade'u to'ey-ruach binah)—those who תָּעָה (ta'ah, erred, wandered, strayed) in רוּחַ (ruach, spirit) will יָדַע (yada, know) בִּינָה (binah, understanding, discernment).
