By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. Having established believers' pilgrim status and separation from worldly systems, the author instructs what we should offer God. 'By him' (di' autou, δι' αὐτοῦ) indicates Christ is the mediator through whom we offer acceptable worship.
