There is no fear of God before their eyes. Paul concludes the catena with Psalm 36:1. Ouk estin phobos theou apenanti tōn ophthalmōn autōn (οὐκ ἔστιν φόβος θεοῦ ἀπέναντι τῶν ὀφθαλμῶν αὐτῶν, "there is no fear of God before their eyes").
