O thou that art named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the LORD straitened? (הֶאָמוּר בֵּית יַעֲקֹב הֲקָצַר רוּחַ יְהוָה, he-amur beit Ya'aqov ha-qatsar ruach YHWH).
