Honour thy father and thy mother (τίμα τὸν πατέρα καὶ τὴν μητέρα, tima ton patera kai tēn mētera)—Jesus quotes the Fifth Commandment (Exod. 20:12), the first commandment with promise (Eph. 6:2).
