And the chief priests accused him of many things (καὶ κατηγόρουν αὐτοῦ οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς πολλά, kai katēgoroun autou hoi archiereis polla)—The verb κατηγορέω (katēgoreō) means to accuse, bring charges against (from which English 'categorize' derives).
