'The man answered and said unto them, Why herein is a marvellous thing, that ye know not from whence he is, and yet he hath opened mine eyes.' The man turns the tables—the marvelous thing isn't the healing but their blindness. They claim religious expertise yet can't identify the source of miraculous power.
