And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick (וּבַל־יֹאמַר שָׁכֵן חָלִיתִי, uval-yomar shakhen chaliti)—the שָׁכֵן (shakhen, inhabitant, dweller) won't say 'I am sick' (חָלָה, chalah).
