And I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon—While Egypt's arms are broken, Babylon's are strengthened (חִזַּקְתִּי, ḥizzaqtî, 'I will make strong') God's זְרֹעוֹת (zĕrōʿôt, 'arms').
