I will hiss for them, and gather them; for I have redeemed them (אֶשְׁרְקָה לָהֶם וַאֲקַבְּצֵם כִּי פְדִיתִים)—sharaq (whistle/hiss) is shepherd's call, also used of God summoning Assyria/Egypt as instruments (Isaiah 5:26, 7:18).
