Out of the south cometh the whirlwind (min-heder tabo sufah, מִן־הַחֶדֶר תָּבוֹא סוּפָה)—The Hebrew heder (חֶדֶר) means 'chamber' or 'inner room,' suggesting God stores weather in celestial storehouses (Psalm 135:7, Jeremiah 10:13).
