This also were an iniquity to be punished by the judge (גַּם־הוּא עָוֺן פְּלִילִי, gam-hu avon pelili)—avon (עָוֺן) means iniquity or guilt, while pelili (פְּלִילִי) refers to judicial punishment by a judge.
