(הֲלוֹא אֹתָם זָכַר יְהוָה וַתַּעֲלֶה עַל־לִבּוֹ)—The verb zakar (זָכַר, remember) in Hebrew means more than mental recall; it means to act upon what is remembered, to reckon with.
