For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves—Moses predicted complete moral collapse. The Hebrew hashchet tashchitun (הַשְׁחֵת תַּשְׁחִתוּן) uses emphatic construction: 'surely you will utterly corrupt.'
