Surely the churning of milk bringeth forth butter (כִּי מִיץ חָלָב יוֹצִיא חֶמְאָה, ki mitz chalav yotzi chem'ah)—מִיץ (mitz, 'pressing, churning, squeezing') of חָלָב (chalav, 'milk') produces (יָצָא, yatza) חֶמְאָה (chem'ah, 'butter, curds').
