But they know not the thoughts of the LORD, neither understand they his counsel (וְהֵמָּה לֹא יָדְעוּ מַחְשְׁבוֹת יְהוָה וְלֹא הֵבִינוּ עֲצָתוֹ, we-hemmah lo yade'u machshevot YHWH we-lo hevinu atsato).
