Thus saith the LORD; Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and speak there this word—God commands Jeremiah to descend physically from the temple mount area to the royal palace ('house of the king,' beyt hamelech, בֵּית הַמֶּלֶךְ) and deliver prophetic confrontation.
