His breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck (וְרוּחוֹ כְּנַחַל שׁוֹטֵף עַד־צַוָּאר יֶחֱצֶה)—God's ruach (breath, spirit, wind) is like a nachal shotef (overflowing torrent) reaching ad-tsavvar (to the neck).
