He and his people with him, the terrible of the nations, shall be brought to destroy the land—Nebuchadnezzar and his army, described as עָרִיצֵי גוֹיִם (ʿārîṣê gôyim, 'the ruthless/violent ones of nations'), would devastate Egypt.
