Joel prophesies restoration where people will eat in plenty and be satisfied, praising God who has dealt wondrously with them.
After devastating locusts stripped the land, God promised restoration that would bring satisfaction, not just survival. The provision wouldn't be meager but abundant - enough to eat and be truly satisfied. This restoration would prompt praise because God's wonderful dealings would be unmistakable. Abundance reveals God's character and invites worship.
