If her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it (וְאִם־בְּיוֹם שְׁמֹעַ אִישָׁהּ יָנִיא אוֹתָהּ, ve'im-beyom shemo'a ishah yani otah)—The verb nû' (disallow, forbid) gives the husband authority to nullify vows, but only immediately upon hearing.
