Their meat offering shall be of flour mingled with oil (מִנְחָתָם סֹלֶת בְּלוּלָה בַשֶּׁמֶן, minchatam solet belulah bashemen)—the grain offering always accompanied burnt offerings, never standing alone. Solet (סֹלֶת) was fine flour, not coarse meal—the best grain, finely ground.
