And many other things blasphemously spake they against him. Luke summarizes continued abuse: kai hetera polla blasphēmountes elegon eis auton (καὶ ἕτερα πολλὰ βλασφημοῦντες ἔλεγον εἰς αὐτόν, 'and many other things blaspheming they spoke against him').
