Because ye have taken my silver and my gold—God accuses the Phoenicians and Philistines of plundering temple treasures and covenant wealth. The possessive pronouns "my silver" and "my gold" (Hebrew kaspi uzehavi, כַּסְפִּי וּזְהָבִי) emphasize divine ownership.
