Behold, their valiant ones shall cry without (הֵן אֶרְאֶלָּם צָעֲקוּ חוּצָה, hen er'elam tsa'aqu chutsah)—their אֶרְאֶלָּם (er'elam, heroes, valiant ones) cry out (צָעַק, tsa'aq) חוּצָה (chutsah, outside, in the streets).
