Biography

A young Jewish nobleman taken captive to Babylon, Daniel purposed not to defile himself with the king's food. God gave him wisdom exceeding all the Babylonian wise men. Daniel interpreted dreams for kings and received visions of future kingdoms. Despite threats and a lion's den, Daniel remained faithful to God.
