Biography
One of the sons of Jesse and brother of David. When Samuel came to anoint the next king, Abinadab was presented but not chosen. Later, another Abinadab was the son of Saul who died with his father at Mount Gilboa. The ark of the covenant was also housed in the home of an Abinadab in Kiriath Jearim.
