One goat for a sin offering, to make an atonement (שְׂעִיר־עִזִּים אֶחָד לְחַטָּאת לְכַפֵּר, se'ir-izzim echad lechattat lechaper)—the sin offering (חַטָּאת, chattat) dealt with unintentional sins and ritual impurity.
