Moses brought out all the rods from before the LORD (מַטּוֹת מִלִּפְנֵי יְהוָה)—after overnight divine vindication, Moses presents the evidence publicly. Aaron's rod alone had budded, blossomed, and borne almonds (v.8), supernatural proof of God's chosen priesthood.
