Rise up, let us go (ἐγείρεσθε ἄγωμεν, egeiresthe agōmen)—Jesus takes initiative, moving toward His betrayer rather than fleeing. The verb ἐγείρω (egeirō, "rise up") will soon take different meaning when applied to resurrection (16:6).
