Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it. The curse intensifies with graphic imagery. I will corrupt your seed (הִנְנִי גֹעֵר לָכֶם אֶת־הַזֶּרַע, hineni go'er lakhem et-hazzera)—the verb גָּעַר (ga'ar) means to rebuke sharply or ruin. זֶרַע (zera, seed) could mean agricultural crops or priestly descendants.
